Ingredients
Cacao – Theobroma Cacao
Filled with mood boosting compounds proven to boost serotonin, tryptophan, tyrosine and phenylethylamine. These “bliss” compounds have been shown to elevate mood by acting as an antidepressant and regulating hormone function. It is one of the richest natural sources of Magnesium and Iron it is packed full of minerals. Not to mention it is also very high in antioxidants with its range of flavonoids shown to reduce inflammation in the body.
We use whole bean “Ceremonial” grade Cacao (paste/mass) in all of our products. Many products use overheated Cacao paste or Cacao powder which has been processed to remove the butter content. Unfortunately, majority of the beneficial nutrients and compounds are contained within the butter. After fermentation, our beans are minimally roasted to dry them and protect the integrity of the nutrients and fat which can be damaged at high temperatures.
A sacrament used for thousands of years dating back to through Olmec, Mayan and Aztec traditions. Our Cacao is grown by small scale farmers using traditional cultivation methods, in the “high jungle” San Martin region in the North of Peru. Cacao cultivation in these regions provides a sustainable solution to families living in deep connection with the land and rainforest. When used as a sacrament in higher doses, the spirit of “Mama Cacao” is known as a heart opener to connect deeper in the spiritual realms.


Rhodiola Rosea
Also known as “Golden Root”, “Rose root” or ‘Arctic root”. Native to the high altitude arctic regions of Europe and Asia and the most prized of 90 varieties of Rhodiola worldwide.
Commonly used in Traditional Chinese Medicine and throughout Europe to treat a wide array of conditions including depression and stress induced illnesses. However, in our modern world it is most sought after for its unparalleled ability to increase endurance, stamina and energy. Studies have shown it to be a powerful adaptogen for supporting the body when under physical and metal duress. In fact, the use of Rhodiola is documented to have supported European Vikings with voyages involving weeks at sea under intense physical conditions.
Rhodiola Rosea is now listed as an endangered species by CITES (convention on international trade in endangered species) due to unsustainable harvesting of wild Rhodiola Rosea driven by the increase demand of this wonder herb. Our Rhodiola Rosea is sustainably cultivated in its Di Dao high mountain region of Tibet using largely traditional methods. It is certified organic (USDA) and Non GMO of course.
Cordyceps Militaris Mushroom
The Energy Mushroom. Traditionally used in TCM to support kidney qi and treat libido, fatigue, sleep issues, lung problems and much more. It is most notably sought after in our modern world for its ability to support physical energy, endurance, stamina and vitality as it has been shown to enhance cellular energy in the form of ATP (adenosine tri-phosphate). It has also been shown to have significant immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory compounds. Studies have also shown it to significantly reduce hypertension by naturally balancing blood pressure and supporting heart function.
Our Cordyceps are Di Dao semi-wild cultivated, not lab grown as majority of the cordyceps on the market. They are grown using solid-state fermentation and traditional methods in their natural environment in the Gutian County of Fujian Provence, China.


Lion’s Mane Mushroom
The Brain Mushroom - Traditionally used in TCM to support the restoration of overall Qi and treat a wide array of conditions from intestinal disfunction to conditions affecting the heart and circulation. These days it’s largely sought after for its well proven nootropic benefits enhancing cognitive function by improving focus and memory. It has also been shown to improve and even restore damaged neural nerve growth boosting neural capacity and function.
Our Lion’s mane is Di Dao semi-wild cultivated. They are grown using largely traditional methods on an organic timber substrate in their natural environment in the Longquan County of Zhejiang Provence, China.
Chaga
Know as the “King of Mushrooms” Traditionally used across northern Europe and Siberia to boost immunity and vitality. Today it is highly sought after for its anti-inflammatory properties. Studies have shown it to be particularly effective in reducing inflammation in the gut, a growing issue in the modern world. It is also highly esteemed for its vitality boosting anti-aging qualities due to its high levels of Superoxide Dismutase, a potent anti-oxidant enzyme that supports cellular health by reducing free radicals.
Our Chaga is sustainably wild sourced from the remote regions of Siberia. It is harvested from aging birch trees during the winter months. Sustainable harvesting methods in Siberia have lead to healthy populations of this natural resource, as unharvested chaga eventually kills the host birch tree. Harvesting in the correct way at the correct time ensures longer living birch trees and more wild Chaga growth, as a generous proportion of Chaga is left on the tree to re-fruit. It is a great example of humans and nature working together.


Shilajit
Traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to balance energy, increase vitality and fertility and gently cleanse the body. Shilajit is a natural organic substance that seeps from sedimentary rocks in mountainous regions. It is formed over thousands of years from decomposed plant matter.
Shilajit is highly revered as a supplement for a large number of reasons. It contains more than 84 minerals including Magnesium, Zinc and Iron as well as essential trace minerals. It also contains fulvic acid and humic acid which are powerful detoxifiers known to reduce oxidative stress and free radical damage. It has been shown to reduce inflammation and boost gut health by increasing good bacteria and reducing permeability. It is also affective at removing heavy metals form the body. Due to the way fulvic acid works at a cellular level, it is considered the ultimate nutrient booster. This means along with all the benefits, it also amplifies the effectiveness of all the other compounds in our products.
Our shilajit is of the finest quality and sourced from the high Himalayan regions of Tibet. We use a 50% fulvic acid extract and thoroughly test our products for any mercury, lead, cadmium and arsenic. Unfortunately, many of the shilajit extracts available on the market contain harmful levels of heavy metals.
Mucuna Pruriens
Also known as Velvet Bean or Kapikacchu. Traditionally used in ayurvedic medicine to nourish the nervous system and support healthy libido and reproductive system as well as treating nervous system disorders. It was also noted as a prized aphrodisiac due to its calming yet gently energising qualities.
Mucuna is now sought after largely as a nootropic due to its main active compound L-dopa which is the precursor which the body converts to dopamine, hence supporting mood and focus. Studies have also shown its ability to reduce the symptoms of anxiety and depression. It has also been shown to assist in lowering high cholesterol levels due containing a compound called saponin.
Our Mucuna Pruriens is semi wild cultivated on a specialised organic farm in the highlands of India.

Traditionally used to treat digestive issues, respiratory ailments as well as reducing inflammation and joint pain. Cinnamon has long been a prized for its medicinal and culinary enhancing properties. Cinnamon
Cinnamon has been shown to be a powerhouse antioxidant containing more than 40 compounds that protect the body from free radicals. It is also a powerful anti-inflamatory due to the many flavonoids it contains. Studies have shown it can reduce joint pain, muscle soreness and even period pain as well as decreasing allergy related symptoms. Along with many other benefits, it has also been shown to affectively lower and stabilise blood sugar and increase insulin sensitivity.
